  1. Ahh, how I remember this. Yeah, it's been ingame since the beginning.
  2. @Lilaina :LUL: To stay on topic, definitely would be interested, but I'll plan to be playing Alliance once we launch.
  3. I would recommend deleting it every now and then, because updates to the item database will always cause conflicts with the Cache if you've got an older item on it. Personally, I'd say every 2-3 days just to be sure - but it's not really something to worry about TOO much. Resetting your cache doesn't affect anything other than that
  4. It's not all types of mobs that do it, mostly humanoids. But we have worked on this, albeit not sure how deep the research currently goes for the low health movement speed.
  5. People still use this? https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/ublock-origin/cjpalhdlnbpafiamejdnhcphjbkeiagm?hl=en https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/ublock-origin/ A way better adblocker. Works for spotify web player too, means you get no ads.
  6. "Alliance is for kids" is so 2005 when we were teenagers.
  7. While it's a great idea, currently our only plan is to stay PTE. We don't wish to divert resources into making a "ladder system" and maintain it, but want to keep using our resources to work on content for the future. If it were possible, it would be on a vanilla only realm. But our primary goal is to progress through expansions.
  8. We're probably not going to give exacts out because the nature of how we have NDA and all that unfortunately. We probably could post some sort of information once things do get fixed, but its hard to give anything currently. But Outstanding will be posting more stuff regarding this
  9. This. We've got a timeline we wish to follow, however, current timeline is currently meant only for Vanilla version of the game. TBC, WotLK and further will follow their own timelines as well. Naturally, we want to avoid pumping content out too often, meaning that we should at least allow people to first clear the currently released content before we pump out a new content patch. Although everything is subject to change, we do have plans for a current vanilla timeline.
  10. We have ceased official Discord, but we CM's are on the Community Discord which is upheld by members.
  11. We are not blocking users to connect to the forums with a VPN as this rule will only apply to our game realms. There are many, many reasons to block VPN and it's not simply just "chinese goldsellers" or "people circumventing IP bans". It goes a lot deeper than that.
  12. The project is not dead. We're continuing the project but developers have ceased most public discussion partake. We are progressing nicely in the beta, and we're probably needing new testers at some point. Most communication the Staff will do will be through us Community Managers, and by their own updates. Most information can be found in the "The Next Stage" Announcement that Darkrasp posted over here:
  13. I personally prefer DKP in big guilds, because in loot council you have to vote people - and 40 people? That's a lot! How can one keep track of each person? Sure, they all will need/greed an item, and if using AddOns it can be done pretty wisely. Loot Council works if the system is uncorrupted, but I personally prefer DKP. It rewards you being there.
  14. Unfortunately, we cannot give recommendations and/or approve Third Party Software. You're free to distribute your software around here, but when we come across software that may be potentially harmful. But if it passes possible virus checks it's all O.K to share. But no, we unfortunately can't approve third party tools. https://virusscan.jotti.org/en-US/filescanjob/uco768igrc https://www.virustotal.com/en/file/ab71301df947ac88336bfb71d778c6ce6c6ba52d7fbcfca324d3c795a2aa438d/analysis/1488553390/ Regardless, use at your own risk. I see no reason to remove the file at this time.
